    Panos Aprahamian is a Berlin-based unfiction filmmaker, media artist, and writer from Beirut’s peripheral rustbelt. Through language, image, sound, and ritual, his practice explores the spectral presence of the future past in undead bodies, sacrificial landscapes, and social relations.

Twenty-something Lebanese-Brazilian Ypsilon leaves everything behind and heads to Syria amid a devastating civil war. Ypsilon is a fictional entity brought to life through a series of interviews conducted in the fall of 2020 in São Sebastião, Brazil, with a group of women who claim to have known him.
